Feel like home
The owner, Francisco is very friendly and helpful.he picked me up at the airport and drove me around town to find cash money. You feel like home with kitchen facilities. The accommodation is amazing value for money. The free breakfast is also very nice. It is really a good place to stay and relax. I decided to stay one more week at this place. Thanks for all Francisco.

Affordable and homey.
Affordable and homey. Nice staff especially Sir Boyet. I booked for a night but extended my stay as i didnt feel i was not at home. Worth the price! A bit far but the whole stay was comfortable. Everything you need... Name it they have it. Weak data connection inside the house/unit but i liked it as i want to rest and relax. Social media detox.. will definitely recommend! Good luck Sir and God bless

What was the highlight of Baranda's Place
I had a wonderful one night stay here, amazing value for money and very welcoming owners.
The owner was fantastic, they offer airport transfer but as I was arriving by bus he said it was no problem to pick me up from the bus terminal. He then dropped me at the airport the next day! The accommodation is amazing value for money, I had my own apartment for very cheap! The free breakfast was amazing and the owner even catered to my needs as I don’t eat rice, which is common for breakfast here in Philippines.

Good host
Location is very nice if you want to quit the noisy city. The host is extremely helpful and nice person. Was nice to have a small kitchen in my room - it makes my beeing more flexible and the feeling more comfortable. The room is clean and cozy.
